BWK Construction Co., Inc. served as the Construction Manager for the ground-up construction of a 14,000 s.f. office / warehouse facility. The building was constructed in an ecologically sensitive area, which necessitated weekly monitoring and maintenance of erosion control systems. The substrate was deemed unsuitable, which required that the entire site be bulk excavated and replaced with suitable fill. The MEP systems were design / build with a primary focus on energy conservation.
