Xaverian House

BWK Construction Co., Inc. served as the Construction Manager and General Contractor for the addition and renovation of the Xaverian House. The 6,000 SF addition included a new medical office/physical therapy suite, automated entry systems, administrative offices and a Great Room suitable for lounging and entertaining. The existing 20,000 SF building was enhanced with new interior finishes throughout, a commercial kitchen and a complete renovation of the HVAC system. ADA compliant modifications included reconfiguration of the existing bathrooms and the conversion of an interior stairwell into a shaft-way for the new HCP accessible elevator.
