William M. Fallon, President
Bill has over thirty years experience in the construction industry. He has worked in field and office management positions with several companies including Vappi Construction and Jackson Construction. William had the opportunity to guide some of the finer projects in the Boston area including The Sonesta Hotel and additions to The Museum of Fine Arts. William received a B.S. in Construction Management from Wentworth Institute of Technology.

Andrew S. Robinson, Director of Operations
Andrew has been with BWK Construction for eleven years, serving as a Project Manager and Estimator. His prior experience includes project management and superintendent responsibilities in the residential and commercial sectors. The extensive hands-on experience that Andrew developed in the building trades lends effective, practical insight to the management of projects. In his capacity as a Project Manager, Andrew has effectively managed projects ranging from small historical renovations to ground-up multi-million dollar facilities. Andrew received an A.B. in Psychology from Dartmouth College.

John J. Richards, General Site Superintendent, LEED AP
John has been with BWK Construction for sixteen years, rising to his current position of General Site Superintendent through a combination of hard work and development of exemplary supervisory skills. John has developed an impressive portfolio of projects across a broad spectrum of construction sectors, which has required him to develop a thorough understanding of code and regulatory issues. John brings an unwavering level of professionalism to the oversight of his projects, whether the project is a fast track commercial fit-out or an intricate renovation in an environmentally sensitive area. John studied civil engineering at Boston University and is a LEED Accredited Professional with the USGBC.

William M. Fera, Business Development Manager, LEED AP
Bill is responsible for all sales and marketing activity at BWK Construction. With more than twenty years of sales and management experience, Bill’s expertise centers on developing sales strategies with a focus on strategic planning. His ability to develop new business opportunities and maintain profitable business relationships provides an added dimension to the continued growth of the company. Bill attended St. John’s University majoring in Business Administration and has recently been awarded LEED AP status by The United States Green Building Council.
