Middleton Retail Complex

BWK Construction Co., Inc. served as the Construction Manager and Constructor for the 40,000 s.f. Middleton Retail Complex. The principal design initiatives were that the building be visually striking and constructed of durable materials. The building is a showpiece along the busy Route 114 corridor, garnering attention with radial glazing systems, metal roofing systems and distinct angularity in the building construct. The building is constructed with masonry block / brick veneer; Hardi-Plank and Azek trim in an effort to limit maintenance costs. The existing ledge was processed on-site and reused to minimize waste. BWK Construction has performed several of the tenant fit-outs as well, which lend their individual character to the upscale atmosphere that the building embodies.
