BWK Construction Co., Inc. served as the Construction Manager for additions and renovations at the Manchester Athletic Club. A 5,500 SF mezzanine was constructed over the existing pool to create additional floor space for the cardiovascular exercise and specialty studio programs. The pool area was fully renovated and the main entrance, lobby, lounge, pro-shop, offices and restaurant were reconfigured and renovated to improve HCP accessibility. The dynamics of ongoing club operations and multi-jurisdictional oversight required intensive coordination and flexibility between ownership, BWK Construction, town authorities and the design team.
