BWK was selected to complete extensive renovations to Koch
Membrane Systems 80,000SF manufacturing facility. The roof was raised
an additional twelve feet to integrate the installation of new equipment
and involved the construction of double 12” masonry walls,
new footings, structural slabs and reinforcement of the building
structure. A 3,000SF office area was added to the existing building
as well as new loading docks with overhead doors. The new facility
manufactures water desalinization filters for worldwide distribution. |
